The people in Zambia are very hungry at the moment. There has been a drought across the region for a long time and it is becoming a crisis. Some families are only eating properly every 2 or 3 days. There is only so much we can do but we can feed families by giving them monthly food parcels.
£15 will give a family a large bag of maize flour and some oil. Sometimes it might buy some vegetables or eggs. Whatever is thought best at the time will be given to the family.
You can select to give this to the family of the child you sponsor (by adding a note in the check out process). If you make no designation then we will give it to the family we know who is in the greatest need.
