If you have posted a letter to Grassroots addressing it to a PO Box then you need to know that we will not have received it. We started the PO Box with Royal Mail in December 2012 and thought it was working fine until one of our supporters contacted us asking why we hadn't paid in a cheque. We contacted Royal Mail and they said there had been a problem with a payment so they had cancelled it! We asked why they had not contacted us and they said, "We don't do that." Helpful!?
Royal Mail said they would have returned any mail to the sender, but this does not appear to have happened. They also refused to reactivate the PO Box.
