A song created by some of the children from Watu wa Maana Street Children’s Centre in Ruiru, Kenya.
The singers are: Lewis Mwatata, Juliet Ngoiri, Rose Wangari, Dorcas Wangechi, Jeremiah Njoroge, Patrick Thuku and Moses Githua. It is called “Umekuwa Nani” – which means “You have been with me”.
Watu wa Maana is a project where the children are sponsored via Grassroots – grassroots.org.uk/watu. All the children are either residents in the centre or in the process of being reintegrated into a family in the community.
The pictures are of the children in the centre. Get in touch if you would like to join in supporting them.

Beautiful singing and gorgeous children x
