We have just started a new venture in Tanzania. The housing stock some of the families live in is very poor. Some of these are child led families, disabled people or children being looked after by elderly grandparents. So they often struggle to find the rent and and end up moving from rented house to rented house.
With this in mind we have started building some independent living accommodation. The first block incorporates 3 separate dwellings. It was very exciting to see these being built today. It is a week into the build. The plan is to build a maximum of 3 sets of 3 in this location, providing 9 dwellings. And these houses may be small, but the views are breathtaking! Nice aspect, as an estate agent would say.
