Food for hungry children is an essential part of what Grassroots does in Zambia. The 5 local churches work with KEVTC and some funding from Grassroots to provide regular meals for the children in the areas. Food gives children energy, intelligence, life, joy and community. After every interview sessions the church puts on a meal for all the children present.
