Safe Study Light
£8.00
This solar lamp from Sunny Money (external site) is perfect for the hard-working student wanting to do their homework after sundown, and it only costs £8!
Most people’s homes in Tanzania are not connected to electricity. This means that people rely on kerosene (paraffin) lamps to light their homes which are both expensive to maintain, smoky and dangerous. This bright and long lasting LED solar light means they can illuminate their home for free using only the power of the sun which charges the lamp during the daytime. This gift REALLY works!
