Saturday was spent at Good Neighbours and El Shaddai School in the very poor community of Theta (about 45 minutes off the made up road North of Nairobi, Kenya). This picture shows the children holding hand making a human chain around the land which El Shaddai Primary School has to buy to have a secure future. Grassroots has been raising funds and already has funded the purchase of the first 3 quarters and has £5000 towards what is needed of the £9000 needed for this last section. It would be so good to crack this last £4000 before someone else jumps in and causes problems or makes the price go up. Then we could focus on the buildings needed.
