Friday was a rough day. Torrential rain in Mbeya (see video here!). Rivers running through the streets. And it was uniform distribution day in Airport location. Not an easy time as the children and their parents/guardians had to be squeezed into shelter in the same buildings being used for the distribution process. Hard but so worthwhile.
Things have cheered up today and the uniform distribution band wago moved to Pambogo – happening in conjunction with the feeding programme. Lovely pictures of the children sitting with their food on the grass at the school. Such a contrast.
Then the team moved on to the Mwanjelwa location. The space there is much more restricted. Richard sent us these pictures…
