An Email from Dan:
Dear Sharon,
Praise the Lord, and happy new year to you and your family. I am well with my family.
Thank you for the money you sent to bring Christmas gifts to those in prison in Kenya. I received your donation and raised more Sh.4250 from friends and was able to buy items in whole sale and then packed for distribution. The demand was even more but all in all we touched many lives.
As indicated earlier, to you at Kamiti Prison Youth Collection and Training Center, we spent about 5 hours there and served refreshments. We shared with them the love of God and 32 gave their life to Christ.
At Lang’ata Women prison they lacked words to express their joy when they received bales of flour for chapati. Children Centers were very grateful not to mention other individuals and families who received Christmas packs.
Once again thank you very much for your support and quick response to my humble request.
From 9th to 16th January I will be in Uganda and will have outreach in refugee camps, villages and also do a mission to Jinja Maximum Prison. If I get help it will help to purchase blankets for the refugees.
