It’s the start of a new week in Mbeya and the enthusiasm of the young people from Bishop Luffa School shows no sign of abating. They have been working very hard. Tasks include preparing water filter systems (from an imported filter/tap system and two local buckets), leading group singing at feeding programmes, playing with children at location events, distributing blankets and mosquito nets, carrying chickens (even in the vehicles as we go 30+ minutes into the countryside) and then ceremonially handing them to the children of very needy families …. then there is the dancing and singing in church!
