Great news from Iacob in Romania!
As well as the house we build when we send a team to Romania (next one is September 2013… and after that in September 2014 – click here to get info and application forms) we also fund 1 or 2 other essential home builds per year. This year Iacob Murza has been organising the third house in Magherus. A little while ago he sent photos of the build in progress. The little shed you can see behind the new house (in the first two pictures of that blog and included below here – held together with plastic sheeting) is where the family used to live. The family consists of mother, father and four children. When we agreed to fund this build the mother (who is blind) was in hospital with TB.
Today he sent these photos and this email:
In 15 August the family have moved with big entusiasm and joy from old to the new house.
There was friends and relatives as well as some christians. Pastor Deac Viorel have prayed with this accasions for the family and house and also for all who made this wonderful thing possible.
Here is some pictures.
Many thanks from this very happy family.
God bless,
Iacob
