Hello There,
We have great news from the Living Room Football Team. Over the weekend the lads played in a tournament with ex professionals. Lee and the lads managed to get to the semi finals, which is a great achievement. Our prayer is that these lads will come to know the love of Christ. One lad has now been to church, and had is wedding blessed there last week. Also another one of the lads as taken a couple of the testimonial books away, and really enjoyed them. He nearly came to church on sunday, but didn't manage to make it. Please pray that he will get there.
The Football team as given Lee a great chance  to minister to the lads, and the lads have really responded well. With many of them asking him many questions, about is faith,God and his beliefs.

Rachel as now been with us for a month now,and is doing great work out on the streets with Lee and in the Living room itself. She goes into the lap dance bars, and as built up some great friendships with the girls that work there. Which is a real answer to prayer. She is a real natural here, already she a made many friendships with the workers here, and is excepted well in the community. She as a real heart for the work, and God is really using her in a great way.

We had an incident last Saturday where some of the British workers, and some lads from the Moroccan community came to blows. Its a potentially serious situation, that could result in pretty serious consequeces. The threat of more violence is still a very big probability. Please stand with us in prayer that this trouble will be dissolved, and that no-one else will be hurt.

workeradvertAs I mentioned before we had a wedding blessing in the church in Costa Del Silencio last week, where two people from our community, who we've been praying for, for many years had there big day!
It was a big day for us,because many of our friends who we've been praying for,to actually come to church did! Not for a normal service, but its  a start. We had really good feed back from them. With many of our friends saying "We can understand why people come back here,if this is what its like!". Pastor Bill was great, and everyone enjoyed the service. There were over 70 people there, with at least 60 who do not know Jesus. One man who we as had prayer for over 10 years now was there, and said that he wants to have his baby dedicated there, and how Bill was a great man!
This man is really well respected in the community,he does have a faith. However he doesnt know Jesus how we do. If he does have the baby dedicated many more people will have the experience of church also. Our prayer is that these people will really encounter Jesus when they go.

The last couple of weeks as been positive at the Living Room. With two more new people coming to church. Both people enjoyed it,and came again on Sunday. We are praying for the day when we need a mini bus to be taking people to church!!!

A homeless man who we have been helping for some months now recently went into Re-Hab here, but only lasted 1 week. He is 60 years of age,and very vunerable. He doesn't want to know about Christianity, doesn't believe that Jesus is the son of God. However over the last couple of months he is slowly coming round. He comes up the Living Room regularly,he comes to church sometimes, and also attends the Beakfree Meetings. Something is definatly softening in him, and keeps asking questions about our beliefs although he doesnt know it yet,Jesus is really touching him. He as a big problem with alcohol, but doesnt think he has! We are praying that he can get back to England, and be in a place of safety. Also for his salvation.

Could you please continue to stand in prayer with us for the ministries of the work of the Living Room,The Halfway House and Beakfree Ministries to continue to grow, and for more people to know the love of Jesus.

God Bless
