The team has just got in from the site after 10pm , exhausted and hungry. A lovely meal on the table.

The house is looking good. The first floor got put in this morning. Steel and then lots of concrete. Very hard work. Very good that it's done and set. This afternoon two staircases got put in.

Some members of the team sat down with Lidia, the director of Benita, and went through the administration and finances to make sure everything around the sponsorship programme was working properly. We still need over 30 people to sponsor children who are on the scheme.

Tomorrow will start with a lie in for the building team. Sharon, on the other hand, is travelling to Cluj early to meet with people about the work they do in Africa. She will also speak in a church there and connect up with Cristina and Emi (who came from Romania to join the team going to Tanzania last November). Sharon will then do a radio interview before travelling back to Bistrita to speak in a church here. The rest of the team will go to church locally in the evening.

Everyone is tired and a little sore. Definitely a busy, hard week. And the Romanians are so tough and work so fast!
