Remember, Remember...

Whether it is the 5th of November, Remembrance Sunday or the 11th of the 11th.... November is the month for remembering. We remember those who have died or been injured in conflicts around the world. We pray for world peace. We remember with thanks the times when the world has been saved from great evil because of the personal sacrifice of a few.

Not many of you know about "Hope & Song for Freedom" yet. It is a project run as part of Grassroots that supports people (mostly women) who have become Christians while in prison in Peru. Liz has been running this on a small scale for a while. there's been some real struggles around one of their key workers who had become quite a checkered background before becoming a Christian. Recently an old crime put him back in prison, and they have been working to get him released. Today we got this email from Liz
